Model CHD4560 is a 5" x 4.5" heavy-duty commercial hinge made for oversized or high-traffic doors. Built with 4 ball bearings to ensure quiet, smooth operation and long-term durability, it features a 5-knuckle steel design with square corners. Available in both removable and non-removable pin (NRP) versions, this hinge is ideal for security-sensitive or heavy-use installations. Reversible for left- or right-hand doors and includes Phillips flat-head screws. Equivalent to Hager BB1168 and Stanley FBB168.
